Daniel Casey and John House will work with you to forge a pipe tomahawk in the traditional style. You will drill out a piece of an old gun barrel, then shape the tomahawk head and forge-weld a piece of carbon steel in it to create a hardenable edge. You will then file, shape, and polish the tomahawk head and fit the handle. This class will teach you many new blacksmithing skills, and you will leave with a tomahawk made by your own hand. Something to be proud of for sure!
The price of the class includes daily lunch, which allows our students to stay onsite for a full day.
