“Momento Mori”
When I think of the legacy left by Hershel House, it lives on for the future generations through the Hershel House Woodbury School Foundation. As I think of my own mortality, and what leagacy I would like to leave behind, its about much more than leaving my possesions and things I have treasured to my children, other family membres, and friends. Its about paying back to those who have inspired me, and even more importantly, giving in a way to help inspire future generations.
Hershel lived a simplistic life and was willing to freely share his knowledge with anyone who asked. The ongoing sharing of his knowledge and inspiration for future generations through the work of his Foundation, is a priceless legacy.
My wish is that Hershe'l’s inspiration will affect others, as it has me, and cause them to think about their own legacies they would like to leave, in a similar way. May my humble donation help contribute toward that goal. Remember “Momento More”
